WHAT IS NEEDED FOR HORSE TRANSPORT?
To transport one or more horses in Italy and abroad, various aspects must be planned.
A simple pickup truck or van temporarily adapted is not enough. The transportation of horses, in fact, ranges from the choice of vehicle to the fulfillment of specific bureaucratic and health practices.
Soundproof walls and silent transport, to avoid internal and external noise. Horses are very sensitive and may make them mad. Noises make the journey traumatic, generating fear and escape attempts.
Aerators, to control the ventilation of the rooms. Exhaust gases and fuel fumes could make the animals nervous and intoxicated.
Adequate spaces, comfortable and disinfected. A spacious, healthy vehicle that allows horses to stay in the correct position is fundamental. A welcoming and safe environment minimizes any possible problems during transport.
